Guttering, sheds, fences, walls and patios
A council-approved list of honest and reliable traders
Since starting my own business in 2006 most of my work has been referrals, word of mouth and repeat business. With over 25 years of experience, I am able to cover most of your needs.
Since then I have covered most trades including all aspects of kitchens, bathrooms and tiling, plus internal and external painting and decorating. Bespoke joinery projects are a speciality - I can build furniture to fit those awkward spaces or if you have seen an item in a magazine but cannot source the same I can make it for you. All items are finished to a high standard. Customer references are available.
Past customers have ranged from those living in high-end barn conversions to single person dwellings - from a full kitchen fit to replacing a tap washer. I pride myself on providing a reliable, friendly and professional service and delivery of top quality work. I deliver to customers the high standard of service and workmanship I would like to receive myself. I am based in Hayfield and cover the High Peak (Glossop, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Whaley Bridge, New Mills etc); south Tameside (Broadbottom, Mottram etc) and East Cheshire & Stockport (Mellor, Compstall, Marple) areas. Please enquire if you are unsure if I cover your area.
Derbyshire Trusted Trader is a scheme operated by Derbyshire County Council to provide recognised quality tradesmen to the public. Before being listed, all tradesmen are vetted to ensure they meet the scheme's minimum standards and have a good trading history. Other requirements include public liability insurance and abiding by their Code of Practice.
The scheme's website provides a place for customers to leave reviews of the trader and the quality of their work carried out. You can read reviews by my own customers on Derbyshire Trusted Trader here.
